What is Coaching?
Coaching is a guided conversation that recognises you as the expert in your own life. Through carefully curated questions coaching helps you to think more clearly, understand yourself better, and make meaningful changes in your life.
It is not about being told what to do. Instead, it is about creating the space to:

* Move forward in a way that feels realistic and manageable
How Coaching Can Help
The coaching sessions I facilitate are hosted in a calm, comfortable and private clinic. We protect time to explore what is important to you and the areas in your life that you want to explore and focus on. Coaching can be helpful if you are at a crossroads in your life or if you are feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. Equally coaching helps those wanting to build confidence or self-belief whilst navigating change or life transitions. With my health and wellbeing experience I use coaching techniques as an effective way to support people who are looking to improve their wellbeing. Sessions are shaped around your individual goals, and delivered at your pace.

My approach is facilitative rather than directive, compassionate and non-judgemental and grounded in helping you find your own clarity and direction. Where helpful, coaching can be combined with hypnotherapy to support deeper change and reinforce new ways of thinking and responding.
