Meet Sara
I work with people who may be at a crossroads in life, looking to improve their emotional wellbeing, create meaningful personal change, or find new ways to live well while managing pain.
With over 20 years’ experience working with people through complex life challenges, I bring a deep understanding of behaviour, wellbeing, and the ways in which emotional and physical experiences are often closely linked.
I have a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to helping people manage anxiety, chronic pain, sleep difficulties and personal change.
After the birth of my daughter in 2019, I found myself — like many others — navigating significant life changes and decisions. Experiencing coaching at that time had a profound impact on me and led me to train as a life coach later that same year.
I hold a diploma in life coaching, and my approach is facilitative, compassionate, and centred on helping people find clarity, direction, and confidence in their own way.
My interest in pain management developed through supporting someone close to me living with chronic pain. Seeing first-hand how deeply pain can affect every aspect of life led me to explore approaches that help people regain a sense of control, improve quality of life, and better understand the connection between the mind, nervous system and pain experience.
Through both personal experience and professional interest, I developed a particular focus on the role of the mind and nervous system in pain.
I later trained in hypnotherapy with Chrysalis, qualifying in hypnotherapy with counselling skills in 2023. I remain committed to continuous professional development and regularly undertake further training so that the support I offer continues to reflect current knowledge and best practice.
Alongside my therapeutic training, I hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership, where I developed a deeper understanding of the factors that influence behaviour, motivation, resilience and lasting change. This knowledge continues to shape the way I support people in creating meaningful and sustainable improvements in their lives.
I believe lasting change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported, and I aim to create a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where that change can begin.
By combining hypnotherapy and coaching, I support people to better understand themselves, manage stress and pain more effectively, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you are looking to build confidence, improve sleep, reduce the impact of chronic pain, or navigate an important life transition, I offer a calm and supportive space to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
"I felt deeply relaxed, my pain levels reduced and it all just felt more manageable"
