At the The Calm Mind Clinic I offer bespoke hypnotherapy, coaching and supportive sessions tailored to your needs, all within a safe and supportive environment. When you book with a session with me, you will be working with an experienced wellbeing practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through complex emotional, behavioural and wellbeing challenges.

 

My calm, compassionate approach combines evidence-informed techniques to help you overcome:

Sessions are available in person in a dedicated clinic room — a space thoughtfully designed to help you relax, focus, and feel at ease (there are some photos below).

 

I recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I offer a tailored combination of hypnotherapy, coaching, and supportive conversation, creating a bespoke experience shaped around your individual needs and goals.
